I bought this routere a little over a year ago and it worked fine in the beginning...
then I had to move the desk where the lap top was and leave the door open worked fine 4 months. Now over the past 2 weeks I have had to reboot to get it going, reset, reboot unplug reboot, you know? Yesterday it quit working after I paused for an hour on the computer, this morning it was on for half an hour and now nothing will get it up not even reboot. Lights work except for the internet reception light nada there. magalita
There can be a problem with the router, first thing that you can do here is to reset it by pressing the reset button of the router for 30 seconds while the power is ON then after that unplug the power of the router for 10 seconds and if you still have the setup CD you can just run it to your computer to reconfigure the router back but if not you need to manually configure the router and also do a firmware/software update for the router and if you're not familiar that you can contact this number so a tech can wlak you through with the process of checking the router and making it work again, this is the number that you can dial 1-877-787-8749 for help......
