You need to give more specifics please. If your original operating system is not working, then it can either be repaired with a operating system disk by inserting the disk and rebooting it and following the repair console instructions or just by reinstalling the OS from the disk for a new operating system.

Pc is in safe mode reboot don't work can't restore either

I'm going to assume that you're running a Windows operating system. If you have the original disks you may be able to repair your operating system. If I remember correctly windows does offer this option when you insert the installation disc. If you do not have the original disc then you may have to obtain a copy from a friend. Otherwise the only other option that I can see is reinstalling your operating system from scratch. I hope this is of some help.

Operating system not found

Unfortunately, Acer PC's do not come with an Official Microsoft Install Disc, however, you should be able to reset the computer to its original factory setting(s), by pressing either F10 or F11 at the initial start-up of the computer, not the start-up screen of the operating system. If this does not work, even though it should as long as you have not altered the HDD internal disc drive to the point to were you would have removed this factory installed reset function. In the event that this setting is not found or available, one other option is to connect an external CD/DVD-ROM Drive to the computers USB port load a copy or an original Microsoft Install Disc into the CD/DVD-ROM Drive. Turn your PC on and at the initial start-up screen of the computer, not the operating system start-up, access the computers bios screen, or boot order screen and adjust the computers settings to boot initially from usb port/external hard drive/CD?DVD-ROM Drive. If your computer allows you to do such, you should be able to re-install the operating system, be it the same or a newer windows version or some other type. NOTE: If you have the know how, you can download free operating system online for free, and creat your own "boot-able" flash drive...

Are you using a windows operating system? if so, you may need to reinstall the operating system. You will lose all of your information by doing so. You will also need the original disk that came with the computer or purchase a new operating system.

Can't play without product key

If you are asking about a Windows Operating system then you must have the original CD key If you bought the Computer already Used than you must have the Person who bought the Computers original registration name registered under and CD key., If you own the original Operating system and is registered under your name then simply type in the CD key that is usually on the back or front of the CD case., If you have the original Computer XP version or later the CD key should be somewhere on the Computer It's self. If It's a game the same applies.

How i can change language spanish inti english

Acer says "Computers are sold with a particular language preinstalled and available on the recovery media. Additional languages are not available. If a language other than the original shipping language is desired, a copy of the operating system in that language would need to be purchased. Restoration of the operating system with recovery media will restore the computer to the original shipping language of the operating system."

Hp Pavilion 6701 desktop with ME. Installed Xubuntu OS and removed ME. Want to reinstall ME but recovery disc won't work.

Hard disk needs to be reformatted--start machine and press correct key when "setup" appears in first dialog. Remove hard drive in first screen, then reinstall. Restart computer, should now say: "operating system not found". You need original Microsoft OS disk to reformat drive and reinstall ME. All previous information on hard disk will be lost with this procedure. Recovery disk is used with original OS before Ubuntu. If you don't have original MS disk, suggest going to XP.

Error -need to re-install the operating system

Insert your Windows Vista Basic CD into the CD ROM drive and restart your computer.

It will autoboot from the CD and you can reinstall Vista Basic.

Should you have further problems don't hesitate to give more details.
