My nephew got ahold of my nuvi 350, and somehow got to the screen where you calibrate the touch screen. As he was trying to push the dots on the screen, somehow it calibrated in such a way thats it's nearly impossible to use now. I try to get back to the page but it is so hard to find the right area to touch on the screen to make it work.
Is there a way to reset this unit back to all its factory settings, this way the calibration resets to normal again?

Re: Garmin Nuvi 350 Calibration Issue
Turn the unit off. Press and hold down the power button and keep holding it. You will see the screen light up and it will say "pre-boot mode". Keep holding down the power key. It will then say "booting". Keep holding the power button down. You'll then come to the calibation screen. Select the dots and you'll be back in business.
Q. The touch screen is not responding correctly when I touch it. How can I re-align the screen?
A. In order to calibrate the screen, please to go to the Main
Menu page. From there, touch Settings > Display. Tap on the
Recalibrate button and follow the on-screen instructions.
The strange and good thing happened the next morning: even I could not get it working last night - I turn it on the next morning ...and...it worked ! Still have no idea what was the problem. Thanks for you help!
