Maybe you forgot the password or maybe it hacked by another person! go to part "Forgot my password" into your mail service web site and fill out the specific security questions and give it back!
There isn't any way to get your pass, just the way above!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have two gmail accounts but can not access one of them. When I try to open it it defults back to my other account and opens that. What has happened?

sometimes there may be a 'master' account(email) and/or only one is treated as the main account. emails sent to the second email address can also be automatically sent to the master by default. it depends on the email provider. in windows 10 you can have many email accounts, but after declaring your main email, all other emails sent to the other accounts, are transferred to the main account even though they were originally sent to the other email addresses. making it simpler for you to see them all in one is more convenient too

Not able to open attachments

Attachments can be dangerous unless you trust the person who send it to you, first try to do a scan on your email to see if its valid email, this can also leads to a virus if opened, once again becareful.

Got computer virus from the Email name "HEY"

It's unlikely that a virus from an email cut your Internet connection. Simply opening an email will not give you a virus. You have to open a link or download a file from the email. If you did neither of those things, then you don't have a virus. If you did either of those things, then run an anti-virus program on your computer.
If you have one already, open it up and activate a Full Scan. If you don't have one, use a different computer to download the .exe of Microsoft Security Essentials, transfer the file to your computer, and then install MSE. Run a Full Scan.
Honestly, though, we need more information.

I,am new to computers i would like to know how to email

The 1st step in doing an email is that you go to a website that provides email service usually these services are free of cost.
There are many websites on the internet that provide these services for free or for a nominal price. I am mentioning the most premiere services on the internet.
(1)Yahoo mail! (2) Gmail and (3) Hotmail
Lets suppose you want to use email from yahoo. click the following web link or copy paste it into your browser.

On the opening page on the top left corner you will an icon in the shape of an envelope saying mail click that icon. The opening page will have two phrases "Sign In" and "Sign Up". Click Sign Up and you will directed to a page where you will have to feed in your private information in order to create an email account. Once you fill up the form, which is very easy I suggest that you note down the email user name and the password you choose before clicking the "submit" button. After the form is accepted. Go to the following URL

On the opening page give the noted User name and password and click Sign In your email page will open. On the upper left corner click "NEW" an interface will open where you give the email address of the persons you want to send to in the field next to tab that says " To". If there is someone you also want to inform regarding the subject of the email. You can use the empty field with the tab that says "CC". Put the subject or the topic of your mail
and fill the empty box can be used to construct the body of the email. When you finish typing your email click the "Send" button the top. your email will definitely be sent.

Good Luck!

I want to save an email message to my memory stick but pc wont do it

Please follow the following steps to backup your emails from Vista on the
memory stick and then download them on in Vista Mail of another PC:

Backup emails on memory stick
1) Browse to the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Window s Mail
2) Open the local folders directory
3) Open the Inbox folder and Copy the contents of this folder
4) Close all windows and go to your desktop
5) Create a new folder and call it MSBackup
6) Paste all items into this new folder.
A manual backup of the message store has just taken place. You may now
simply copy the MSBackup Folder to your memory stick

Restore emails from memory stick to another PC

1) Copy the MSBackup Folder from the memory stick to desktop.
2) On the desktop, open the MSBackup Folder.
3) Copy all the items in the MSBackup folder and close the window
4) Browse to the c:\users\<username>\local\windows mail\local folders
5) Open the Inbox Folder
6) Paste all the items into this folder. Choose yes if prompted to
overwrite folders/files.
7) Open Windows Mail. You will notice all the email messages have returned.

Let me know if this works.
