Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Whenever I send documents to my printer to print, they do not print at all. I thought my printer was broken (HP F2180) so I bought a new one (HP D2400) and it has worked a few times but has now stopped.
I am beginning to wonder if it is something wrong with the USB cable running between the PC and the printer or perhaps the PC itself but don't want to spend any further money in trying to get the issue reolved.
Please can you help?!
Yes definetely something wrong with the USB cable or the Device driver.
Please check in the Device Manager, for printer entries if not showing anything marked.
Also check the Event Viewer for any red cross entries in "System" and "Application" related to printers.
Please click >> Start >>Control Panel >> Administrator Tools >> click >> Event viewer in the event viewer click on application.
