Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
My computer will shut down on its own and start a beeping noise coming from the tower, I have to completely disconnect it from the wall for it to stop. It used to do it once in awhile, this morning it did it twice in an hour. any ideas to what the problem could be?? Thanks
The first place i would look is for an improperly seated ram stick or add-in card, also checking all the cables ( both data & power) inside the case.
Then i would inspect the system memory to make sure they are completely compatable.Take the two screws out of the back of the side cover and remove the side from the computer and physically inspect everything i mentioned above.
This is step ONE, dont rate yet , there will be step two and three ime pretty sure..
