Question about Ricoh Aficio 1022 All-In-One Laser Printer
Hola, tengo dos aficio 1022 con el codigo sc 546. se le cambiaron termostatos, temistores, se verificaron las lamparas y se resetea el codigo con el 5-810, pero funciona unas cuantas copias y se bloquea de nuevo.
Por favor si alguien tiene una sugerencia para este inconveniente

SC-546 is "Warm-up" error, suggests that the fuser is NOT reaching 160' within standard warmup time.
You might be able to take out the fuser, remove fuser cover, remove carbon buildup from thermistor.
I had to change our fuser at 180,000 copies (service is at 120,000)

U need to reset this code &any sc540 fuser error by going into service mode 5-810 to reset also u can try entering service mode& turning offthan back on

We have got RICOH AFICIO 1022 Machine. error SC542 comes . Can any body suggest the solution ?

Things to be checked when error codes 5xx show up:
-Thermistor (senses the fuser roller temperature) Damaged or dirty
- Thermal fuses (overheat protection) open
- Heater lamp (heats the fuser roller) open or exausted
- Connectors and metal contacts, already happened to me
- Power supply failure (intermitent components or connections on the board)
- In some models like 1022, 1035/45 ,etc, the doors switches ocasionly produce fusion or laser error codes, because their bad contacts interrupt that functions, it happened to me 2 times, just wash them with benzine or replace them.
