Question about Westinghouse 19" Widescreen Flat Panel LCD Monitor
The problem on monitors when this happens is usually a powerboard
problem in which the capacitors are failing due to age and use. Once in
a while a transistor goes bad, but since it does run for a bit, it
should be your capacitors.
If you can take it apart, these are usually noticable, If you send or post a picture, I may be able to tell.
