Check for updates or just update adoe flash player
Adobe Flash Player allows users to view videos made with Flash, a common online video format that can be viewed by both Mac and PC users.

Because technology is consistently emerging, Adobe frequently updates its Flash player. Downloading an update is free, and may be required in order to watch videos online.

You will need at least 128 MB of RAM available on your computer to update Flash player, and Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later for Windows XP, version 7.0 or later for Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8.0 or later for Windows 7.

Open Internet Explorer and navigate to Adobe's Flash player download site.
Click the download link and follow the instructions on your screen.

Click "Allow" or "Install" if your security system asks if you want to download the file.
Avoid running other programs while the download is going on.

Flash player tests itself by showing you a brief video when the download is complete.
If you do not see this video, the player has not been successfully installed and you must try the download again.

Internet shuts it self off

Whereas Internet Explorer is a very popular browser, you may have problems with it from time to time. Internet Explorer has been known to either randomly shut down or close pages. This can be extremely irritating, especially if you are in the middle of a project. Use these tips to fix Internet Explorer if it keeps closing Web pages.

Start by deleting your browsing history. Open Internet Explorer and click the "Safety" tab found in the top right corner of the Web browser. Then, choose the "Delete Browsing History" option. A box will appear on the computer screen. Make sure that there are checkmarks next to each option listed in the box. Click the "Delete" tab to delete the browsing history. Move to the next step if Internet Explorer keeps closing pages. Download, install and then run both an anti-malware and an anti-virus software program. http://majorgeeks.com/downloadget.php?id=4281&file=1&evp=dbb3b0aebe6a6a4ff18089a6489a5e62 anti malware free edition Win XP/2003/Vista/Windows7 http://www.majorgeeks.com/Microsoft_Security_Essentials_for_Windows_d6242.html microsoft security essentials your operating system must be registered Spyware, adware, viruses and other similar infections can cause Internet Explorer to shut down or close pages. My Gateway 504 GR won't play WSOP or most Reel Slot games. How can i play newer games on my pc? 2002 version Windows XP Home, 915 chipset, Intel proc. 4 cpu 3.00GHZ 512mb 3000mhz. Thanks

Hello there,
The image below indicates the minimum and recommended system requirements of WSOP most probably you will be able to play the game. The problem might be your Adobe Flash Player or your Internet Explorer version. If your Windows Xp Home is genuine you might consider updating or download a Mozilla Firefox.
The links for Adobe and Firefox are located below the image.

Flash Player
Mozilla Browser
From what I know Windows XP by default have an Internet Explorer v.6.0 that is why you need to update your Windows. by the way you have to download Flash player if you have Internet Explorer v.7. if this does not work try the step below
1. Download the Mozilla Firefox browser and install setup 5.0.1exe. 2. Download Flash Player it will automatically update your Flash.

Hopefully this information helps.
Thank you for using FixYa.

Remove the update the caused the problem in add remove programs, then update manually, or turn off auto update. You can also install and use firefox instead of IE or try doing a repair to IE. Usually IE updates to version 8 and it has problems - version 7 works fine. Uninstalling 8 changes it back to 7. Version 8 will not download properly on a lot of sites - they changed it so U have to use Windows explorer instead to download from FTP sites, and it will not connect to some sites due to all of the security they installed. You could try using default settings on security and turn off filters to see if that works. When windows updates IE it automatically changes to high security.

Installed IE8 and I hate it, want to go and reinstall IE7

Try uninstalling IE8 and it should put IE7 back in. Failing that uninstall 8 then 7 then update to 7. Of course if they want you to use 8 then they probably took 7 off the udate page. Then you could backup hard drive, re-install windows, put in the service packs and get back to IE7. Option 3: learn to live with 8.

Goto windows update, and make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft .net framework.. (also any other service packs for ie7 that you don't have, along with security updates)

Most of those sites use the .net platform, and that may cause issues if it is not up to date.

Other then that, you might try to re-install IE7, or, revert back to Ie6
