Ricoh Aficio 1035 have two meter those are the electronic counter and the magnetic counter type but they are program to synchronize. to look for the magnetic counter just open the front door and you will find it at the middle and to open the electronic counter just press the user tools/counter key located on the upper left side of your operation counter then press the counter on the LCD display. Hope this helps, thanks for using Fixya
Yes, that is the correct counter of the copier. If you are doubting it, you can look at the bottom right of that display and confirm that the serial number is the same as on the back cover of the copier and also, it well tell you the model of the copier aswell. It is kind of hard to fake the meter or change it to a lower amount. To do it you need to change 3 PCB's from another copier & it is more work to bother with.
I found it. To get into service mode press the clear key. Press interrupt. Press 0. Press interrupt. All counter reset codes start with the number 24. So put that in first and press the start button. Then type in a 1 press start. Then type in a 2 press start. Do this for numbers 3-11 and 13. That will reset all of the counters on the copier. Turn off the power once you're done.
I would say that is not the correct meter. The meter is only 6 digits long, maybe 7 it's been awhile scine I looked at one. You probly have a meter of 0136012. There is only one hard counter / meter in the copier. It's not even the serial number?? Good luck
