Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
The screen is dead due to the ribbon cable connecting the circuit boards inside the main handset (where the buttons are) with the screen. It's a common failure on the razr phones - you have to replace the phone. If you have insurance on the phone, now's the time to use it. Unfortunately that's the way it is with these things (I had two of them die on me the same way).
