Cannot transfer video clips from FujiPix A 340 camera

open the camera like when you are about to take a picture , press menu
press the the right button 2 times till u get to option screen
press the set-up and then ok
scrool down to format and press ok
EARSE ALL DATA ?? OK or Cancel
press OK

I have the same problem as mentioned by 'chal'. I did what you requested by opening it through explorer to see the camera as an external drive, but I don't see the movie files there. They are on my camera though! Please help!!

There is an " add a comment " link at the bottom of the page. please use it next time, because it's better to see the whole history together and not just the latest part.

dovi answered: "Movies shot on FUJI's digital cameras are recorded in Motion JPEG format and can be played back using QuickTime version 3.0 or later.
(You can download QuickTime from the Apple Computer site).
To play back movies in Windows Media Player, download and install DirectX 8.0 or later from the DirectX website.

Now I try:

What are you using to access the pictures? from what I understand the software is looking only for pictures. Try to open it through explorer. Do you see your camera as an external drive under "my computer" when connected? good. Now right click on it and choose "explore", and send us a comment if you see the files there or not.
Then all you have to do is copy paste.

the top you will see "USB mode"
Change that from what looks like a printer to what looks like a card. Your camera will show up as a drive and not as a scanner.
