Question about Canon BubbleJet i560 InkJet Printer
When I print, my pictures have an overall bluish tone, even though the cartridges are mostly full, and I have done a deep cleaning, and a nozzle clean. Hope you can help...! Bonnie Danell

To Fix the stupid Cyan, just unplug the printer, it may take more that one time unplug, its stupid problem, printer needs to reset, I have a full ink of Cyan but it says this "There is more than one Cyan" on the dispaly on the printer, and windows that its missing. I don't know what idiots programmed the printer. but screw them.

Okay, this was the problem I posted a few days ago. It's fixed now, so in case you have the same problem with smearing, here's what the help desk from Canon suggested: Open the cover and remove the ink cartridges. There is a gray lever in front of the cartridges. Lift this lever and the printhead can be easily removed.
Our printhead had a buildup of black ink on the surface. I carefully removed this with rubbing alcohol. I let the printhead dry and replaced everything. No more smearing. Imagine a help-desk that actually helped!

I have to ask this question of you, just to make sure this is not an issue. Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges

If some colors are
printing but other colors are not printing , this usually indicates a problem with
printer color supply (ink, film or toner exhausted), a problem with the
printer (stuck ink nozzle, dye film not advancing, toner drum clogged or
jammed), or a problem with the printer drivers used on the computer.
You will advance one by one in the following manner.
1.Re-install your drivers.
2.Check the toner drum for clogging or jamming( i suspect this as your issue so be carefulto verify this).check whether it is not exhausted
3.Check for the dye film whether it advances.
i assume that nozzles are clean as you told.
please rectify any problem among these and then respond accordingly.
