I'm facing the same prob ,system power on,cpu fan spin for 5 to 10 seconds n then stop.(system is still on with leds)no display or sometimes the acer logo only. it is actually written on the bottom on the screen when you boot it up..at one moment will say press....to enter set-up..but for most laptops the key is F2 ..for most desktop DEL key ..and some older models F12 try to press F2 on start but just *** soon as the display is powering up..

There are six sub models included in the model number you have given and according to the acer website none of the specifications indicate that there is wirelss bluetooth built into the laptop. So it appears that it does not.
Try removing the power supply (from the wall) and the battery pack. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Plug the mains power (from the wall) back in and then press the power button. It should work. Then you can replace your battery pack. Don't know why it works but it has worked for me in the past. Good luck!
