If you have the ZEN V Plus or any ZEN V series the answer is the same.... No all you get is what you bought…..So if you bought the 2GB unit then that’s all your going to get L ....If you bought another "slot card" for it you could get an adapter for the “slot card” to fit in the top UBS slot but the device will not recognize the extra memory.......sorry to be the bearer of bad news.....but the ZEN V Plus is available in 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB capacities. I hope this help and please give me a rating......I'm always trying to improve...

You didn't buy a microSD card, you bought a microSDXC card.

The Eclipse 180 works with microSD cards (2GB or smaller) and microSDHC cards (32GB or smaller). It does not work with microSDXC cards.

I have sansa e200 4gb and not read my micro SD 4GB in the player and not through usb on my computer.Help me please

The Sansa e200-series uses microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card (the HC stands for High Capacity). While it fits into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and won't work. You need to go with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Computer not recognizing SD card as external storage/Creative Zen

Try going to the memory card option on the main menu, then go to 'Removable Storage', then the Zen should either tell you to connect a USB cord or insert a memory card. Try it, if not I dont know.

Additional SD card memory installed in the card slot

Check to see if it is the proper SD card. while several size ( memory) cards may fit the port the player may only recognise a 2 or 3 gig card.

Transferring to memory card

if the card is a micro sd card and its one of those ettsy bettsy ones, u need a thingy to put it into to make it fit in bigger slots. if u have 1, what i did is put it in a camera or palm pilot and transfer it onto the card. but that just takes 2 long. open my computer and plug it in. have the card in the slot and click removible disc. if nothing shows up, open your mp3 and click external storage and it should show up. if this doesnt work im mjjmk@hotmail.com

4GB micro sd card.

According to what I've read, you can double the original memory, but no more than that, so the max you can have on a Sansa e250 would be 4 GB (2GB internal memory and 2GB external memory). I also read that the micro SD cards holds
music only-no video.
