My Dell 3010 printer repeatedly jams the paper right after it leaves the paper tray. I have to remove the back panel, clear the jam and then it will print 3-5 pages then jams again.
Replace the pick rollers. If you're out of warranty it'd be mighty expensive to have Dell replace them, but, if you call them, they can get you access to a website (I can't remember the name...sorry) that has walk through tear-downs with pictures of each and every step. (Only do this if you're handy and have time)
Otherwise, replacement is the next option.
Typically Jams on this unit are from worn rollers. :)
