Bissel proheat 7901 rear wheel broke off. How do i fix it?

The rear wheel cracked and eventually broke off after a recent move. Axle is still in place.

Source: Hi! My name is george and i forgot how to start my cleaner. I have a bissel proheat # 7901-1. Can U send a copy of the start-up directions after I fill the water mix tank up?

clog in the suction side somewhere the pop is the safety as to not burn up the motor.
