Question about HP Pavilion ze2000 Notebook
Definitely sounds like a corrupt driver or missing driver. When you go to control panel and display the audio devices does it say it has a driver? Does it say there is a problem with the driver? Does it have an exclamation point over the device? All these are signs that can cause conflicts. Sometimes it's as simple as downloading and installing the correct driver. Sometimes there might be a virus that has changed some settings in the system registry. If all else fails try these guys http://www.generalsystemsconsulting.com
