Question about Televison & Video
We purchased a 46' flat panel television. Model 750.
Our dog knocked it to the floor. We now have a picture that looks like a broken pane of glass. The actual screen is not broken.
Would it be cost effective to fix it or are we out $1.830?
No it does not cost that much like a couple of 100 dollar bills.
Here's what you do order the part LCD Monitor from Sears Direct Parts Department. If your not electronically incline then get a person who is to install it for you. Or you can call Sears to have a technician to fix it but it will cost you another 100 probably.
I have been a electronic technician engineer for 25 years.

Fixing an LCD is very expensive and its probably not worth it. I had some friends who had a pixel line go out and had to have the screen replace and it cost almost double the original price. It would probably be worth it to get an estimate, but I think its going to be more that its worth. I'm sorry to hear that, the 750 is a sweet tv. Prehaps consider wall mounting in the future?
