Screen changes I have a A75-S226 Toshiba laptop and I have noticed that recently the screen will change from my normal settings to a turquise color and then will change back. I am not sure if this is a video card issue or not..

Toshiba A75 Wont Boot up

It sounds like you may not have made a good connection to the motherboard from the screen when you put everything back together.

When you press the power button does the screen come on and then go off or does it not come on at all ?

If it comes on then turns off try to eject the CD-Rom that will be a definitive test of whether your power is still on, assuming your cd-rom is not totally mechanical.
