I have the same problem that everyone else is having and can't even find one to order. I saw a post on here about someone that fixes them and would offer to pay to let me know what component(s) need to be replaced to fix the board. I just want to fix my tv and sell it. Thanks much...
Re: I will pay for the fix for the DPS-336AP PS Board
At board level, replacement of power supply is not a big work. But the main is what caused problem:
- by itself (regarding to quality and design of PS)
- by loads at its output broken.
Therefore, we should check and fix the loads causing problem for PS unit before proceeding to replace PS.

Back-light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

I charge a flat rate of $100 + return shipping for the repair/reconditioning of this power supply.
I accept payment via PayPal, Check and Money Order. If you are paying by PayPal I will invoice you at a email address you provide (usually your normal paypal address) after repairs are completed. If you pay by check or money order you will need to include payment with the power supply (if you would prefer not to send it with it ok but will slow down the turn around time).
For return shipping; if you are sending a check or money order just include the same amount as what it costs you to ship it to me. If you are paying via PayPal or sending a check/money order after the repairs are completed I can quote the exact amount. Please note that I will send it back by the same method as you ship it to me.
If you choose to send your power supply please send it to the following address
2612 London Rd
Eau Claire, WI 54701
Please notify me when you ship the unit.

I saw the same post, discount-merchant.com sells it for 69.99 but as I found out it is the WRONG one. Not even close and I'm annoyed he obviously never tried it himself. I bought a sharp replacement off of ebay but it died after 2 weeks, no refund. The Samsung model number that does not work is BP96-01579A. Maybe there is a samsung model that works but this was not it.
Faulty parts on PS board, bad press for Samsung Because the Samsung LNS4051D would not turn on and the power LED would blink 4 times and the relay would click and this would repeat again and again.I replaced power supply board parts CM806, 811, 812 & 817, all 1000 uf 10v capacitors, three had their tops bulged up slightly that I missed on initial visual inspection. After seeing the reports of problems with these caps on http://www.fixya.com/support/t1336881-will_not_turn_or_off , I replaced them with Radio Shack part 272-1032, 1000 uf, 35v.They are slightly bigger, but fit OK.TV is working fine now.Cost was 4 x $1.59 = $6.36 plus the time. I saved between $100 to 300 in the process of either replacing the board or getting the unit serviced.
I was going to post later this week but I have been running perfect, without any problems at all for over 6 days now! I just went in and replaced the DSP-336AP. I took digital photo's once I pulled the back off to be sure all connectors went back on and I was careful not to touch any other wiring. You will need to also pull of the power cable connector in order to pull off the power supply cover as well as it slides out and the power connect thing blocks it. I did see that although the revision of the DPS-336AP was exactly the same as the newly purchased one, the serial number of the one I purchased on eBay was a few hundred newer or higher. I was hoping that it was a new rev and hoped that Westinghouse fixed the problem. Nonetheless, all is working perfectly once again. I paid about $150 for that DPS-336AP on eBay and there were only two sellers on eBay offering this board. Good luck and please take the time to update me as well. I suspect W sold a few thousand of these TV's and you and I will be the only ones who fixed them ourselves. Anyway, good luck to you!!!!!!!
I have the same model TV that is 18 months old. The repairman wanted $365.00 to replace the inverter and update something on it. From what I have seen online, it is mainly just loose screws on the inverter. I called Sharp and they are paying for the repair on the TV
I've been hearing alot about the main power supply board with this model. Mostly I hear that when the power button is pressed, the relay inside will click but with no other response from the TV. This tells me that either the relay contacts are no good or that there are some serious soldering problems on the board. That would explain why it will operate for a short time then quit unexpectedly. Thermal cycling might be stressing the already weak solder joints causing intermittent contact. Personally, I'd love to get my hands on one of these boards.
If it were me and I had nothing to lose, I'd pull the main PS board and touch up the relay section by resoldering (as I believe it is more likely to have bad solder joints then the bad relay contacts). If anyone tries this with positive results, please let me know and rate accordingly.
it is wonderful that lg is replacing the boards, but unfortunately, I don't think that they will provide this service forever. So if anyone reads this after being denied by LG, visit tristatemodule.com and you will be able to purchase any of the circuits in the set for cheaper than you will be able to from LG. I work for Tri State Module as a technician specializing in plasmas. All circuits come with a one year warranty, and I will personally repair all boards
