I went to an internet conference this afternoon and recieved an mp3 player and the instructions on the box brought me to this web site, no one seem's to be able to use their mp3 players because no one can get the instruction's. I guess you have to purchase their program so you have a liscense number and a password then you can get the instruction's.

I just received a 1GB MP3 Player that tells me to go to http://www.storesonlinemp3.com. Apparently most of the MP3 they give out are 512 MB, but I don't have that version. I don't even know where the hold button is; all I have is 2 volume buttons, 2 backward/forward buttons, one on/off switch, one pause/play button, and two things to plug things in: one for the USB connection to the computer and the other for headphones. The website does not even have images of the MP3 player, so I don't even know if it's the right one.
My problem is that when I plug it into the computer, the pop-up does not open like it was supposed to.
I tried asking someone on the website's chat service, and they said they had a driver for windows 98, but since I did not attend the seminar myself, I don't have the account to give them. If anyone finds the solution or has the account and can contact them by chat to get the driver, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem. My husband and I went to one of the storesonlines.com seminars and got the mp3 players. I have tried a number of ways to get songs onto the mp3 players, and have had no luck. If somebody does come up with a solution, I would love to know it.

I have the same problem as many others, this is not a coincidence. This must be one of the many scams/frauds that storesonline.com has perpertrated on unsuspecting people. If you cannot trust storesonline.com to be truthful about posting instructions for thier "free mp3 players" how can you trust them with your money,your time, your website or your business? They intended for people not to have instructions for the giveaway mp3 players, why else would they not include instructions in the box, or provide them online as stated?
