You can download free drivers from:

http://drivers.myfreewares.com

If you provide your computer make and model# I could be more specific.

Have you installed drivers? if you reinstalled your entire operating system again, then you will need all your drivers again.

You need to install sound card driver for your new win xp, it usually comes with when you bought your PC. If you can't find it, go to this link : http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=download

Look for a fade or cross fade function.

Use the "help" feature of the TB software to research things under these two names. Somehow one of these might have got set to a long time period rather than never.

Hesitation and slowness in sound

Windows xp service pack 3 is your problem. SP3 takes a lot of memory to use. You should be able to uninstall sp3 and go back to sp2.

I can't hear any sound or listen to music on my pc. I have an Encore ENM232-60 Ver.6.0 Sound card

If you reinstalled Windows from a SP3 disk this can cause sonud card to fail. If this is you, reload from the supplied disks and make sure everything works before you do updates.

SP3 screws up zero volume knob range?!

Fixing the wrong problem perhaps? May I suggest that installing SP3 to fix an unstable SP2 XP install is just wrong, masking the problem,
- not fixing it. Buy a new Hard Drive - install a clean Win XP and I bet all of your Edirol problems ( and others ) will vanish. Don't touch your old drive, But once you are happy with the build install it as a slave data drive.
