Question about RCA RP5010 Digital Voice Recorder

RP5120 can't find instuctions

Every time i rewind it will only go bck to where i stopped. how can i rewind it all the way?

Go to kitchenmanuals.com You might find an instruction manual there, they have all kind of manuals. Hope this helps

Video cassette player/recorder LGRC 689D wont rewind properly


The problem is in the idler assembly inside the machine, some use rubber that dry out and crack, or there is a spring loaded double clutch wheels that get weak over time. In order to fix this the idler assembly must be replaced.

My RCA digital voice recorder (RP5120-A) has no recordings on memory but when trying to record it shows a "full" blinking message! help please....


1. Turn on the

player.


2. Press ERASE,

DELETE will fl ash

on the display.

3. Press and hold

REC for three

seconds, FORMAT

will fl ash on the

display.


4. Press and hold

ERASE, WAIT will show on

the display, formatting is in

process.


• After the formatting is

completed, the remain time

of the selected memory will

show on the display.


You may also format the player

when connected to a PC (by rightclicking

on the player's drive name

or letter and select "Format" from

the menu). Make sure you select
FAT or FAT16 as the fi le system.

Need to know how to Manually reset RP5120-A


Plug in your recorder using the USB cable. Copy any of the files you see to your PC. Then reformat the drive. I don't have the exact details for doing this under windows but I fixed the problem this way.

If you are in rewind mode and don't rewind the printer will pause while the rewind spool tries to catch up.

Video will not rewind to beginning of tape.


the clutch gear needs to be replaced . you can order the part partstore.com go by brand and model easy to replace around 30.00 dls .
