I think the output for this vga is s-video cable...in my experience, if you connect the s-video cable to the TV with the support of s-video..it will automatically open at the same time with the monitor...is this what you mean? or else, try to explore in the bios setting if theres an option for video output enabling..jz try only my solution..if the same problem, give some more details.

I need windows xp drivers of ati 3d rege lt pci graphic card

Give this a try:
1. go to http://ati.amd.com
2. Click "Support and Drivers" at the top of the page.
3. Under "Graphics Support" click on "Download graphics drivers"
4. You'll see 3 boxes, the first one is a list of operating systems. Scroll down and choose WIndows ME/ 98 under Legacy
5. Click Legacy in the middle window
6. Find the right model card in the 3rd window and click it.
7. Download the driver and try to install it.

THIS MAY NOT WORK, because the card is old and the drivers are not for XP (I'm assuming you have XP), but you should get an error message if it won't work.

Standard vga driver

it depends on what os you are installing if you are installing windows xp, all pre 2000 graphics card dont usualy need drivers in windows xp, if its not asking for drivers you maybe have to install them manualy
*DRIVERLINK* (winxp):http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/legacy-xp.html
*DRIVERLINK* (win2k):http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/2k/legacy-2k.html
*DRIVERLINK*(win98):http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/98me/legacy-98me.html

These are the last drivers made by ati for that graphics card

Card seems to be defective - slow, reboots, fails on resolution change

If Windows is continuously loading up to 800x600 then your drivers are not being installed. Are you using the the 169.21 Nvdia Forceware package? What OS?

i think that when you installed xp the windows generic nvidia driver has installed and is now not looking for any more upto date software, you will have to go to device manager in control panel and go to hardware tab, then devices and then go down to the graphics controller/adadpter line, right click and select uninstal. Restart the pc, but this time when the driver tries to install make sure that you select manual and not automatic then point the pc in the direction of the folder where you have the graphics driver residing on your c drive.
