How to Unlock Samsung T619:
What you need to start is your Samsung T619 and a NON TMobile sim card. You can borrow a friend’s if you need one.
1 - Power the phone off
2. Remove the TMobile sim card
3. Insert the NON-TMobile sim card and replace the battery.
4- Turn on the phone, “wrong sim” should appear on the screen.
5-Dial *2767*3855# and wait. It could take the phone a few seconds to reboot. The phone will reboot, and the non T-Mobile SIM card in the phone will work, but this is only a TEMPORARY unlock step
6-Dial <span>*7465625*638*00000000*00000000# phone will say it is personalized.
7-Dial #7465625*638*00000000# The phone is now unlocked permanently.
8-Dial *#7465625# to check the lock status.
I have a very similar problem. If I take the back cover of the phone, I have no problems making or receiving calls. It is the phone problem IMHO. Not sure what to do other than changing to a different phone or using the phone without the back plate, but that's not a good solution either.
