My tv is a 27inch rca . and it started doing it about two nights ago. turning off and on by it self . i checked to see if the timer was on, but it was in the off mode . so i unpluged it , for about 5 minutes . then it was ok, but its still doing it off and on. i check my manual . it says . to reboot the tv , i did that .tv plays for long time now . without doing it..

Lightning mcqueen tv will come on for a few seconds, then shut off?

Likely a bad connection in the set, considering a 13 inch it may cost more to fix than to just buy another set. Most of these 13 inch sets are not very well made to begin with.
