Samsung lcd tv picture quality

samsung lcd tv picture quality poor.had to move the contrast setting way down to 8 to fix it but now i can.t
get good picture colours and picture is too dark.

-   the picture quality is very bad in samsung lcd tv / various shapes appear in the background / maybe some magnetic problem kindly advice if any solution-   zohersb2
