Normal 0 Make sure the batteries are good.

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Keyboard and mouse gets stucked

THE KB AND MOUSE HAVE WHAT THEY CALL RESET BUTTONINGS FOR GETTING THE DEVICE TO WORK TOGETHER AND TO DO THIS YOU HAVE TO PUSH BOTH BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME SO THEY CAN SETUP THE SAME FREQUENCES SO THEY CAN COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AND WILL NOT INTERFER WITH EACH OTHER.

CHECK FOR UPDATED SOFTWARE FOR EACH DEVICE IF EACH HAD DIFFERENT DRIVER THAN DOWNLOAD THEM AND IINSTALL THEM..

First, try press the connect button on the receiver.. Hold it for 20 sec (might not be necessary).

Then, press the connect button on the mouse and hold it for 20 sec (is necessary)

Next, wait 20 sec (is necessary) then press the connect button on the receiver but do not hold

Finally, press and hold the keyboard button for 20 sec.

Wireless mouse and keyboard not working

If you have got a USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse, then the solution might be with the receiver. Normally we know that to play a USB thumb drive, we simply plug in and play. But some model of Acer computer require us to press the button on the thumb drive to activate it. The model I had (an Aspire model) set the press button same as the blicking light bulb. So (a) turn on computer, (b) plug in thumb drive receiver (c) press button on the drive, (d) press "contact" button on the mouse and keyboard. That works for me.

CANT GET WIRELESS MOUSE TO WORK

Try changing with a new set of batteries. also try to reset the connection of the wireless mouse and keyboard. you can locate a connect button on both the reciever and wireless keyboard. press both of them together and release them. this would reset the connection. try doing the same for reciever and wireless mouse connect buttons. this should work. also check for any possible alignment issues.
