Question about Dual Electronics XHD6425 Car CD/ MP3 Player

Dual xhd-7714 have installed the cd in my honda but can only adjust volume with the remote. I can not adjust the volume manually

Take it back to the store you bought it from. It has a faulty face, or bad face connection.

dont need a code just get a toggle switch and hook that to the yellow/blue wire and with the other side ground to the small lil screw where you will see a small lil short wire and then all u have to do is fallow the screen with the e brake but just flip the switch 3 times with the whole one sec then off for 3 sec then on

When I hook up the ipod to my xhd-7714, the radio says it's playing but no sound comes out


there must be a change in the jack size or there must be a insufficient power supply.

Volume too loud.


when in call there is an up and down volume adjuster. pressing down will lower the volume. adjust it to where you like it.

No volume


What kind of vehicle are you installing it in. Some vehicle have factory amps that have a remote wire. These amps will not power up until the remote wire is connected. This may be your problem.
