YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE A PROGRAM LIKE PICASA FROM GOOGLE OR WINDOWS PICTURE GALLERY TO DOWNLOAD PICTURES FROM YOUR CAMERA. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON TO HAVE TO GO TO THE KODAK SITE. I KNOW THE WINDOWS GALLERY SITE USES SOFTWARE TO RECOGNIZE YOUR CAMERA AND AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A CAMERA TO USB CABLE YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO. TRY EITHER SITE AND SEE IF THEY DON'T " FIND " YOUR CAMERA AS SOON AS THE CABLE IS CONNECTED TO YOUR COMPUTER AND THE CAMERA IS TURNED ON. GOOD LUCK

My camera wont allow me to take pictures, there's a little folder icon with 101 and it's blinking, it says folder error. What do i do?

Sounds like a corrupted memory card. To get it working again, you will need to format it in the camera. This will completely erase it so download any pictures you want to save first using a card reader if necessary.

MY MEMORY CARD DOESN"T ALLOW

With this information I think you need to format the card.

Go to "My Computer"

Right click on the card in this window and select format.

Then format it with FAT32

Click Format and your problem should be solved!

You could download it to a folder you create on your desktop. Once there, you can rename the picture and your computer won't think it's a duplicate.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

According to the camera specifications the only flash storage supported is:

When i go 2 photo,s ive taken.then move the shutter button 2 the right 2 zoom in,then it lets me move the picture up down left or right.when ive got the picture i want, how do i save that picture.

Unfortunately that image is not able to be saved that way. To zoom in closer to the image is only for viewing purposes it does not allow you to save the image that way. You would need to download the image to the computer to be able to save it in that close up format.
