I got a mikomi m6607m usb 1.1 VGA and i have tried using it for a video call. there is a webcam on it but i can't get the sound on it. can someone please help me. im getting really annoyed with it.

my mikomi has the same problem i have a picture but no microphone so im goin to take it back and get a normal webcam and a desktop microphone instead try this
