Do you mean the IQ America wireless doorbell? If the product is the WD 1140 - A doorbell, then the push-button transmitter uses a CR2032 Lithium battery. You will need to unhook the push-button unit from the base and then pry the front cover up to access the battery compartment. Use a small flat-blade screwdriver.
low voltage to the Throttle Body unit causes this problem along with a dirty buttery fly . Have the throttle body cleaned asper Jaguar cars service spec and replace the throttle body motor relay located in the engine compartment center row 2nd back . Try this. It stumped myself and some true experts once. We were having problems with the keyboard in a darkened room. There is a Function ( "F" or "FN") key on the lower left of the keyboard. It's labeling
is often blue in color. In low light conditions, you cannot see the
blue coloring. It is used to turn a section of the keyboard into a calculator.
That section will have dark blue numbers written on the keys that
change function. For example the K may have a dark blue number 2
written on it. In other words, When you type the Alphabet you come up
with some numbers substituted for letters and not all of the keys may function. IN YOUR CASE PUSH THE FUNCTION KEY DOWN AND WHILE HOLDING IT DOWN PUSH THE KEY FOR THE CALCULATOR. IT SHOULD THEN RELEASE YOUR KEYBOARD FOR NORMAL USE. Hope this helps you.
I've never seen a remote repaired successfully. I'm not sure why, it just doesn't seem to work. I wonder if the circuit board isn't flexing a little bit, and that dislodges the battery retainer. The flexing, in turn, might also cause microscopic cracks in the circuit board which causes it to work intermittantly.
