Was told that if you go into your voicemail setup and use the manager feature you can go to schedule and then enter the time, but I think that's for the time that the night ring comes on, not the actual display time. Looking for how to change display features for the fall-back time change, or how to program the phone to automatically update based on my computer's settings.

Trying to find an online user manual to program my display - currently need to reprogram the time

I am trying to reset the time from the main phone. Feature 9# gives me an error message. Speaker 728 does not reset. Any ideas?

I have an Electra Elite phone system with a dtu-16d-2 telephone.

I am also trying to change the time on my phone when I push Feature 9# I get an error message

  • mooreadmin May 11, 2010

I have the original manuals that you listed, and no where in the guide does it address how to change the time- I also tried the "feature 9 #" suggestion with no such luck. I should clarify that I have a multi-line Nec that needs to change the time for all of the phones in the office.

Here is a good online source for NEC manuals. Look 4 the Electra elite attendants guide. It tells you hoe to change the time in there. Basically press "feature" 9# enter the time. Press recall to change the am/pm. Press feature key to exit
