I bought a Spy brand one-way car alarm/remote start for my wife's 09 Camry. Everything is installed, and works except for the remote start.

Installations of this nature are usually reserved for professionals. However, get out your installation manual. You will also need two single pulse double throw relays and some diodes. First you will need to locate the ground when running. This wire might be labeled " (-) third ignition". The first relay for the starter will be wired like so: starter wire to 86, fused 12 volts to 87, 30 out to vehicle second starter wire, 85 to ground when running. The second relay will be wired 86 to vehicle ignition, 87 to fused 12 volt, 30 out to second ignition, and 85 to ground when running.

I need to know how to wire a led scanner to an avital 5303. The light has a red pos, black neg, and yellow that says brake. i want it to come on when the alarm is activated

Forget the yellow wire. Its for wiring WITHOUT an alarm. Connect the red to a fused 12 volt and the black to the orange "ground when armed" of the Avital 5303.

97 chevy truck stuck in park after replacing brake booster

Check to see if your brake light come on when the brake pedal is depressed. If the brake lights do not turn on, check that the brake light switch is connected. More than likely, the switch was disconnected when the booster was replaced and not reconnected.
Other things to check if the brake switch wiring is attached.
Check fuse #16 in the instrument panel fuse panel; it is a 20 amp fuse. If it is good, check the wiring at the brake light switch. The light green wire at the brake light switch should have +12 volts when the ignition is in the run position. If you do not get +12 volt, it may indicate that the neutral safety switch is not functioning. The dark green / white wire at the switch should should be +12 volt with the ignition in the run position when the brake pedal is NOT applied. With the brakes applied, it should be almost ground. If you do not get ground, the shift lock control solenoid may be your problem.

How to hook up bulldog 1-wire alarm

Hello my name is Israel and I will be glad to help you out. This alarm system uses a drop in voltage sensor to work. First mount the siren on a firm ground metal of the vehicle. Be sure that the base is mounted on metal and not plastic. Then, the best way for the system to work is to run the wire into the vehicle cab and connet the one wire to the positive side of either the dome light fuse or dome light wire. This will help in it "catching" voltage drops when the lights go on. Good Luck.

disconnect the 5 pin harness, it has a red, brown, black, white, and red/white wire on it.
the brown wire in that specific harness, is actually the wire that runs to the sirens RED wire.

I can't find instructions on how to hook-up the back up alarm. Ecco must have a copy they could send me. Help me please. Thanks in advance!!!

Backup as in backing up a truck. You must locate the reverse wire which is on whens the truck is in reverse. You can follow it from the reverse light at the tail light.

Backup as in alarm siren at a different location like inside the car. I have done this before. I mounted the siern in the front under the hood facing down and the other inside the car. It was really loud. You can do the following and use the term remote for the signal output from the alarm and that will be enough to power both sirens without burning stuff out. The Fan 1 and 2 exchange for siren 1 and 2 and you should be good.

Connecting Additional Devices to the Remote Turn On Wire Using a 30 amp SPDT relay, connect terminal #87 to constant 12 volts positive with a fuse rated to the sum of the additional accessories you've added and the components you need to turn on. (If you have two fans rated at 5 amps each and a neon light rated at 10 amps, you would use a 20 amp fuse plus 200 ma for each amplifier and processor.) Connect terminal #85 to ground, terminal #86 to the remote turn on wire from the head unit, and terminal #30 to each accessory with an appropriate fuse. A fuse (not shown) could also be used between the output of the relay (#30) and the remote turn on wire of the amplifiers and/or processors for extra precaution.

Just need a diagram showing how to install the

If you need step by step instructions to wire something, you shouldn't really attempt to install a security system, as it will tie into almost every important electrical system in the car i.e. starter, door locks, lights, etc.
However, if you know how to get the lower portion of the drivers side dashboard off, and how to cut/splice a wire correctly and aren't color blind, you should be able to follow the installation instructions that came with the system. The wiring diagram for your car is:
What/ Color/ Where:
Constant 12V+ White Ignition Switch Harness
Starter Black/White Ignition Switch Harness
Ignition Black/Yellow Ignition Switch Harness
Accessory Yellow Ignition Switch Harness
Tach Blue Distributor
Brake Switch Green/White Brake Switch
Trunk Pin Green/Black (-) Above Fuse Panel
Parking Lights Red/Black Above Fuse Panel
Head Lamp Red/White Steering Column
Door Trigger Green/Red (-) Driver's Running Board (One of Two Wires)
Door Lock Green/White (-) In Driver's Door at Door Lock Module or at Anti-Theft Module under Driver's Seat
Door Unlock Green/Red (-) Driver's Running Board
Horn Wire Blue/Red (-) Steering Column, use Relay
Windows Up LF=Red/Blue, RF=Blue/Yellow
Windows Down LF=Red/Yellow, RF=Blue/Green

Horn switch is not getting power, 1994 Buick Park Ave Ultra

Have you checked the fuses? ON a buick, under the steering column there will be a set of wires. When depressing on the horm there will be 12 volt ground to the black wire. The black wire is the wire that goes to the horn relay. If you can trace ground through the wire to the relay, then the problem could be your relay. You can also put +12 volt to the horn to be sure the horn is good. If the horn sounds when putting a +12 volts the the problem again could be the relay.
