Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I can't send or receive a text from one of my contacts, but all others work

1) make sure that their number is entered correctly
2) make sure the number is for a cell phone, not a landline
3) make sure they were not accidently added to your blocked callers list.

Samsung e250 - blocked number

You will need to delete the saved text out of the Blocked List. In menu you need to look for Block List, i believe on that model it is found under text messages? (varies on model) If its not visible in messages look in menu>messages>settings. It may also be found in 'calls' part of the menu. Once you find list open it and you should see a list of numbers? Select the number and delete. You should now be able to receive from those numbers?
