Misfeed in finisher

Sounds like a paper is jammed in the copier. Pull out the tray and make sure all paper is removed the reinsert the tray.

Make sure that all of the paper jams are removed. Check every available cavity, including your paper trays. Pull each tray out and make sure there are no jams right out of the paper trays. Sometimes a piece of paper can become lodged where you cannot see it.

If you are positive there is no paper stuck in the machine, then you have a paper-path sensor that is either dirty or faulty.

open automatic duplexer door you will see 4 parts to open and green ring for rotating. rotate it the jam paper it will removed. or open all 4 parts you will see the paper if not open drower and remove the paper jam,

hi i thinku have to clean ADF pickup rollers with washig sope adn just dry with tissues it will solve yors problem if not just replace ADF pickup rollers

on the duplex unit is located on wright side .open the first outer door looks like 2 door in one .if you do not see any paper look for black actuator .in the center make sure it's not hanging up.

finisher is the unit attached to the copier on the left.
open door and look for any green handle, these are what you need to move to locate the jams

Does this happen from all cassettes or only one? What are you getting for a jam location??
