you can fabricate a dent puller to repair small dents on your body panel(s)
just weld/solder a phillips head screw to a phillips screwdriver. a slide can also be added to your puller by obtaining a 4"-5" long 1" i.d. steel pipe. slide pipe peice over driver shaft, then, obtain a bolt washer clearenced enought to slide onto driver shaft in front of the peice of pipe, weld/solder washer to driver shaft and you have a stopper to limit forward travel of the peice of pipe.
Depends on how deep the dent is, is it a sharp crease, has the paint cracked in or near the dent? There are kits available that can pop out a simple dent, but not a more severe dent. You can Google paintless dent removal to see the kits and where to get one.
Plastic bumper cover?
It's there for good. Plastic stretches only once. The impact leaves a caldera in it wake. if you really think you can get the plastic to retract, try to loosen the bumper cover and stick a long screw driver in through the bottom, see if you can wedge a piece of balled up duct tape in there to support the dented plastic. Make sure you tighten down the clamps or whatever Kia uses to keep it snug. You don't want that thing flipping up and denting my bumper cover @ 70 mph. : )
Harbor Freight and most local body shop supply stores should have a suction-cup type tool for pulling out dents. You maybe able to remove the inner fender well to get to the dent. To remove the fender, you'll need to remove the top fender bolts, the bolts that attach it to the header panel, and the bolts holding it on back by the door.
ther is a 3 nuts on the mirror you must take the little plastic bracket to see only 1 of them the other two are hidden behind the mettel. there are two small dents the nuts are right behind those dents you must drill a hole in each one of those dents to expose the two remainding nuts take the nuts off and the mirror comes off.
look behind handle for screw under a little plastic plate, same in side grip where you close door, maybe 1 more behind relector on door if equipped with one, then pull door slowly away, you will hear pops when doing this, it is ok. they are plastic screw kida things but they shouldnt break. if they fall out, you will need them to put door back on
