Re: i am not hearing any sound at all though i have...
You check your system information if sound driver was installed, type dxdiag in your run command. Wait till a tool bar about your system info will appear then check your sound driver if installed. If it was not installed. you have to install a sound driver. Look at your sound card installed and download from internet any necessary sound card driver compatible to your sound card hardware and mother board. Just try this,. I have solved many computers by following this procedure.

right click my computer in the desktop click properties then hardware then device manger and see if the drivers are loaded properly if you dont see an yellow or red marking in audio video and game controller the driver is loaded properly next click start setting control panel then click audio device you will see the volume slider increase them to full and dont tick the mute button if the volume slider is grayed reinstall the drivers
After reinstalling/installing an Operating System you can lose the Audio Drivers or sometimes they just corrupt.. Try reinstalling the Audio Drivers from the disk provide with your P.C./Laptop. If you no longer have the disk just visit the website of the makers of your P.C./Laptop or Motherboard and download the Audio Drivers from there, after that install them.
Thumbs up please if this works for you, thanks..
1. Open Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices.
2. Click 'Advanced' Button near the bottom.
3. Select proper sound system (Quadrophonic or surround sound) according to your speaker system. 4. Click 'OK'.
5. Also check volume.
6. Double-click Volume icon in taskbar.
7. Click Options > Properties (From menu) and select 'Playback'.
8. Select all Audio components.
9. Click 'OK'
10. Increase all the volumes.
Now try playing a sound. Good Luck!
check all the settings of your sound installed....if still not maybe you installed wrong driver....
