I cant remember my login password and f8 does not work in safe mode still asking the password

Once you assign a password to your HP computer's BIOS configuration utility, you will need to enter that password every time you attempt to access the BIOS.
If you forget this password, don't fret there is still a way to unlock your BIOS without actually knowing the original user defined password.
This involves using a "backdoor" password, which is something that is installed onto your BIOS at the factory level that never changes.

Turn on your HP computer.
Press "F2" to load your HP BIOS access screen.
A password prompt will load on your monitor.
Type "merlin" into the password field (with no quotes) and hit your "Enter" keyboard key to unlock your HP BIOS password.

How to Bypass BIOS Passwords

BIOS passwords can add an extra layer of security for desktop and laptop computers. They are used to either prevent a user from changing the BIOS settings or to prevent the PC from booting without a password. Unfortunately, BIOS passwords can also be a liability if a user forgets their password, or changes the password to intentionally lock out the corporate IT department. Sending the unit back to the manufacturer to have the BIOS reset can be expensive and is usually not covered in the warranty. Never fear, all is not lost. There are a few known backdoors and other tricks of the trade that can be used to bypass or reset the BIOS v Before attempting to bypass the BIOS password on a computer, please take a minute to contact the hardware manufacturer support staff directly and ask for their recommended methods of bypassing the BIOS security. In the event the manufacturer cannot (or will not) help you, there are a number of methods that can be used to bypass or reset the BIOS password yourself. They include:
Using a manufacturers backdoor password to access the BIOS
Use password cracking software
Reset the CMOS using the jumpers or solder beads.
Removing the CMOS battery for at least 10 minutes
Overloading the keyboard buffer
Using a professional service
Please remember that most BIOS passwords do not protect the hard drive, so if you need to recover the data, simply remove the hard drive and install it in an identical system, or configure it as a slave drive in an existing system. The exception to this are laptops, especially IBM Thinkpads, which silently lock the hard drive if the supervisor password is enabled. If the supervisor password is reset without resetting the and hard drive as well, you will be unable to access the data on the drive.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Backdoor passwords
Many BIOS manufacturers have provided backdoor passwords that can be used to access the BIOS setup in the event you have lost your password. These passwords are case sensitive, so you may wish to try a variety of combinations. Keep in mind that the key associated to "_" in the US keyboard corresponds to "?" in some European keyboards. Laptops typically have better BIOS security than desktop systems, and we are not aware of any backdoor passwords that will work with name brand laptops.
WARNING: Some BIOS configurations will lock you out of the system completely if you type in an incorrect password more than 3 times. Read your manufacturers documentation for the BIOS setting before you begin typing in passwords

Hello, sorry my english is not good, i have a problem with my thinkcentre M52 . when i start the comp it writes enter system password.i press enter and it goes into the Bios, but i cant change anything into...

Someone has put a password on the BIOS - you must input it before entering the BIOS and the normal boot procedure. Because of the way IBM are build you can't reset the password by removing the battery, but only by performing a low level BIOS upgrade - which only a dealer can do. You will have to take it to one.
If you aren't the one that put that password and noone had access to it then the motherboard is dying - replace it before it's too late and all your data is lost.

I think the convenient and easy way is to use a windows password recovery tool that can do all the job for you within a few minutes automatically! Windows Password Recovery 6.0 is an easy-to-use tool designed for resetting local administrator and user passwords on any Windows system. If you have forgotten your password, or are locked out, or you do not have access to the password of the system.

Laptop HDD is now locked

The hard drive password is setup from the BIOS configuration.
To remove the password you need to go into the BIOS configuration and you need to get the password from your brother.
There are no backdoor passwords, if you cannot get the password or guess the password then you need a new hard disk. If he has also set a BIOS password (you need this to get into the BIOS configuration), otherwise he owes you a new computer.

How do i bypass the primary drive lock password

On the mainboard near the coin battery you'll find a jumper. take it off and reboot. Replace it and reboot again. that works sometimes. If not you can go to the motherboards' BIOS like Phoenix and they have backdoors built in. Read on:

Bios password on acer 9420

there isnt a defayuly one usually set up.  every time i have ever ran into a password on a bios it has been set by a user.  there is a work around though.  download a user manual for your motherboard and look through it for a password jumper.  most motherboards have a jumper then when removed will reset the password to nthing and allow you access to thebios without loosing everything in the bios.  short of that a password usually cant be passed without actually knowing it and that is why it is there in the first place.

Password

that is because the password in question that you are trying to get past is the BIOS password most likely. Verify that your computer is turned off, remove power cord from back of computer, and find the jumper near the Bios chip on the motherboard. It will usually be close to the battery ( another option, temporarily remove the battery for about 30 seconds, then replace the battery into its proper position ). Be careful when you do this as some battery sockets are a pain to work with. Anyway in nearly all cases, the Bios reset jumper is located very close to both the battery and the bios chip ( firmware ). Removing the Bios reset jumper and positioning it one pin over from the initial position will usually reset the bios and get rid of the bios password requirement. Always put the bios reset jumper back into its initial position before re-appying power to the motherboard. Be careful not to leave anything loose lying around on the motherboard or in the case, else you might fry the motherboard..
Once you have successfully managed to get past the Bios password, then you should see the computer start to boot up normally and prior to Windows boot up and in the Bios routine you can configure the computer to boot to CD first. In many more modern situations, the motherboard is already configured that way.
