Connecting from laptop to tv wont work now. It was working fine previously

Check the display settings on your laptop to see if the external monitor output is disabled. There is usually a function key on the keyboard with a picture of a monitor on it which can be used to switch between internal & external monitors.
You may also need to try on another monitor/TV or change the HDMI lead.

But first select your windows system XP or 7.
Unzip the file, before you install.

I HAVE CONNECTED MY ACER ASPIRE PC TO MY SAMSUNG LCDTV USING A VGA CABLE , THE PICTURE IS THERE , BUT I CANT GET ANY SOUND ?

The VGA cable only supplies video data to the LCD TV. Connect a sound cable from the audio out from the Acer PC to the audio input on the LCD TV to get sound from the LCD TV's speakers.

No HD audio via HDMI after upgrading to Windows 7.

Hi, pls go to control panel/sound & audio devices. Then select your output audio device there. It's probably set on your headphone I think. If you are getting audio from headphone , this means that the audio driver is installed.
Pls contact me for further info.
