Toshiba Satellite L750 series Laptop keeps telling me D Drive is running out of space

This occurs when the drive is near full...BUT.. if you clear out the recycle bin it may stop the alerts since the recycle bin uses space on the drive to save all the deleted files. Also, so if defragmentation will free up some space. Lastly, go through the file tree and see if there isn't stuff on the drive you don't need or can copy off onto Flash Drives or burn to DVD/CD. Or get a bigger hard drive and start filling it up all over again (that's the most fun)!

Tip

Burn a Bin without a CUE using NERO

You've downloaded a *. BIN file, but there was no *.CUE file associated and you still want to burn the *. BIN file using Nero.

Your options are:

1) Create yourself a *.CUE
2) Convert the *.BIN to an *.ISO
3) OR use Nero to burn without the *.CUE file! ! !

Yes, that`s possible...just follow these steps and you will be sorted. No need for *.CUE files anymore

ok, here we go...

1) Start Nero
2) File -> Burn Image
3) Browse to the *. BIN file that you want to burn and open it
4) A window saying "Foreign Image Settings" will open
5) Check the settings. They should be as followed:

* Type of image: leave it to Data Mode 1
* Select the Raw Data check box
Note->> The block size will change automatically from 2048 to 2352
* Leave Image Header and Image Trailer unchanged and set to 0
* Leave "Scrambled" and "Swapped" check boxes unchecked
6) Click on burn!
7) Enjoy
This tut was for Nero 5.x.x.x, I was told that "Burn Image" is under "recorder" in Nero 6.
The rest of the steps should be the same...xkalibur

1. Extract the .bin file from the zip file downloaded from this site.
2. Burn the *.bin file to the root directory of a blank CD. Make sure the CD burner is set to
finalize the CD.
3. To select Disc upgrade, press the menu button on the remote. Select Settings\Advanced
Setup\Others\Software Upgrade\Disc upgrade.
4. Use the cursor up/down button to select "Yes", and then press OK. The Disc tray will open
automatically.
5. Insert the Disc. Close the Disc tray.
6. After the disc has loaded, a confirmation message will appear. Select "Yes" and press OK to
start uploading.
7. After the disc update is finished, the unit will shutoff and eject the disc. Do not unplug or
turn the unit off while the software upgrade is in progress.

When i finished download the file i cant open the download file

what extension does it have? ISO?, PNG?, BIN? Regardless it is probably an "Image" file meant to be burned to a cd-rom or even DVD-rom depending on size. make sure to burn it as a bootable disk if it's not already set up to do so.

Cannot boot from cd or dvd while trying to run memtest86+

Did you burn the iso or just the files inside it? Sometimes there are hidden files that you may not have copied over. Use a product called imgburn (free) to burn the iso directly to the disk. This will solve your problem.

How do I get NERO to burn a (cd+g)?

Hi,
Nero won't burn a cd+g file as the burner does not recognize the file type.
You need a program called mp3+gToolz its free, get it here>>>

http://www.activeaspsoftware.net/default.aspx?p=downloads

You need microsoft.NET framework from windows update withmp3+gtoolz you can convert your mp3 and cdg files into a bin file youthen need a program called cdrwin you get it from www.goldenhawk.comits not expensive but its free to copy at 1X speed you then have to runcdrwin select everything to cdg then load you bin files and record yourtracks you must have a cdg compatible burner but it will let you knowif you haven't.

Good luck.

How do I open .bin files? Please help. All solutions will be appreciated.

Hi!

One possebility is to use the tool "IsoBuster" (http://www.smart-projects.net/isobusterdownload.php).
Or mount the bin file (CD/DVD Image) with Daemon Tools (freeware).

Too many files

go into the start menu, under accessories, run disk clean up, delete unecessary files
run your defragmenter overnight
clear our your recylce bin
delete old files you dont use anymore
purchase a external hard-drive for archiving old files that you want to keep
burn files that you want such as video/audio files to dvd or cd
delete old computer games you don't play anymore
after you do all this restart your computer. and make sure the recycle bin is empty

How can I unlock a dvd to play dvds from all regions, I understand that by entering a code it can be done. The DVD player is Yamada dvd slim 5520

  • Download the firmware update from:
  • Extract the file to your hard drive and burn the 11121213.BIN to the root directory of a CD. Use Standard ISO9660 Format and finalize the CD. Don't use Joliet, multi-session or XA Format!
  • The CD title must be P80J0001. Don't copy both firmware versions on one CD. You have to use separate CDs.
  • Insert the ready CD into the DVD-Player and press Play when prompted.
  • When the CD drive opens take out the CD and wait about 1-2 minutes.
  • The DVD player will be reset automatically
