Nespresso C1OOB not sucking water out of the tank anymore

I only have my machine for 6 months and last week I noticed that when I pressed the 'Lungo' button in seemed to only fill up a third of the cup and stop. I bought the descaling kit yesterday and this has not fixed the problem, I also 'vented' the machine and still nothing??

    Any Idea?

I had the same issue and spoke to Nespresso this morning.  To solve this you need to reprogram-put a capsule in the slot and place a cup on the drip tray-press and hold the lungo button until the coffee has reached the desired height in the cup and then release the button.  That should work and every time you make a lungo cup it should be that amount. Hope this was helpful.

You could also reset the machine to its original factory settings. To do this...
(1) Turn off your machine.
(2) While holding the lungo button down, turn on your machine.
(3) After about 5 seconds, release the lungo button.
Your machine is now set the same as when it came out of the box.

1.My Nespresso Pixie Lights never stop flashing. 2. I also want to reset to factory settings because the cup portions are off. 3. I feel the water temperatures is never hot enough for the coffee

1: Depending on how long you've had your machine, it may need descaling. The machines are preset for hard water - if you're in an area with soft water, try pressing and holding the Lungo button while you turn the machine on. Hold until the lights stop flashing.
2: The Pixie can be reset to factory settings by holding both buttons down before and when you turn the machine on, again until the lights stop flashing - this will reset to factory settings.
3: The temperature is preset to be the optimum temperature for the extraction process. If, after following the above steps, the temp is still too low, call the Nespresso Club and they will advise you.
Hope this is of help to you!

Why too little coffee

The machine is calibrated to produce a certain amount of water depending on which button is pressed (Lungo or expresso - larger or smaller cup). This can be altered by holding down the relevant button - check this manual..

Nespresso U coffee does not come through the spout

sorry for the obvious but there is not a lot of troubleshooting for this issue... when was the last time u descaled? if more than 6 months then do one. make sure there is no capsules stuck between input and used bin. close the slider properly.if not resolved it may be a pump issue (quite common with U). machine comes with 24 month warrenty so if not resolved call your nespresso club for a claim.
hope i could help.

Nespresso citiz won['t exit descaling mode

I had the same issue, and took it to the repair shop, where the guy did the same thing, just pressed both cup buttons for 3 seconds. It worked. He said the Lungo button had to be pressed a little harder, as it had some connection problem, and thats why it didnt work for me. If you have the same problem, the machine will start buzzing for about half a sec if you press the lungo button while in descaling mode.

My Nespresso citiz lungo button will only give expresso amount of water

Ok, what you have done is programmed your machine. If you hold down the button for 3 secs you get 3 secs of coffee, so turn on your machine wait for it to warm up then without using a capsule press and hold the button until you get 110mls for a lungo and this will be stored in the memory. If this doesn't work there is a on/off switch on the right handside turn it on with your finger down on the lungo button for 5 secs and then release the button and this will take it back to factory settings.

The machine seems not to be working well

I had very similar problem and found the fix here.
Did you try the reset process? Place an empty cup, insert a coffe pod, press and keep pressing the "Lungo" button until the cup is filled as desired then release it. Next coffee, just press once, it should be now set at the desired level.
