Why use software.. when you plug it in it comes up in My Computer as a drive......click the drive and you notice youll see all your music just like pluging in a flash drive so ur able to add or delete your music....never use the softeware...allways down the road the software becomes corrupted and ur device ends up not working.....to look at ur internal music pull out ur SD card then plug it in again it will come up like a flash drive and to look at ur external music plug in ur device with the sd card in it...good luck
It honestly doesn't matter what brand of micro SD you stick in your MP3 player, so I wouldn't worry too much. Micro SD's are much smaller, so no, you can't use a normal SD in a Micro slot. Most however do have an SD "shell" that you can stick your Micro into, and use just like a normal SD card. Also I know that MOST mp3 players allow you to add pictures, videos, etc, and having a Micro SD inside should allow you to add things directly onto it, so i dont see why you wouldnt be able to access the contents of the Micro from your MP3.
You should probably just copy the mp3 files directly from their source folder over to the micro sd. To do this, put the micro sd into some type of adapter that will allow the computer to read/write to it. There are usb sticks that do this and there are SD adapters you put the micro into so you can use a media reader/writer with it. Once you have the card seen by the computer, just drag and drop your MP3's into the drive letter corresponding to the memory card. After that is done, put it back into the player and turn it on. I should find all your songs and make them available to you.
