Question about Computers & Internet
I am taking the laptop apart to change out the fan. I disconnected the cable for the touchpad by pulling it out. How do you get it reconnected. It is very thin and bendable? Is there a trick to this? Thank you/
Sure..use a toothpick, to open the small thin lever, that is on top of that connector(like opening a trap door in the floor) then gently insert the ribbon cable, then push the small lever back down. make sure that the cable is centered, and fully inserted..
