Hello
1. you need a windows installations CD
2. you need to boot from the cd and press R to go to repair mode.
3. in the repair mode(console) you should write "chkdsk c: /R"
4. let it run and then restart your computer.
that gonna solve your problem.
good luck

When you insert your cd you should either get an autorun or a window should open showing open file. Pt your cd in the tary and wait 45 seconds to minute. If a window doesn't pop up, click start at lower left of screen. click on computer. You shoul see your disc in there. Right click on it and open. A window with files will come up you should see "autorun", maybe with an icon. You want to click on that and that should open your download.

My pc is always rebooting. . Is the motherboard ?

You have a virus on the hard drive. When the computer boots hit F8 and go to safe mode on windows. If you can do that then it is not your motherboard. Your hard drive just needs to be reformatted and reloaded the windows and software back on.

During the boot press the F12 key to select your boot option and choose your CD drive. Depending on your system it could be the F10 key, it should display the option during the post.

If you are using Windows XP or Vista you need more RAM to correct this problem. Try upgrading RAM to at least 1 GB. Hope this helps.

Does it have a built-in system beep buzzer? or else you need to connect one. The system beep has a code and will tell you if your video is not connected or your memory is not detected.
Try to make it boot even until the bios screen. Check your video card or your monitor connector. A single beep is a good sign that your motherboard has no problems. hope this helps
