Question about Princeton Digital LCD17 17" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Monitor worked fine for several months. Moved to a new computer and worked for about 2 months then one morning upon reboot the primary screen is covered by a white screen. Powering the monitor off and then on, you can see the proper desktop for a split second before the screen goes white. I checked other monitors (LCD and CRT) on the system without problems. Moving the Princeton to another computer results in the same problem. I switched power cable to power converter and the video cable without sucess. Could the power converter failing cause this? How do I determine it is the power converter. It is supposed to be 12v @ 4.0A according to the box.
Ah A simple one. simply unplug the power adaptor and take itno a repair place or radio shack and ask them to measure the output to see if theres 12 volts DC on the plug?? Good Luck
