Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
2 nights ago i received a text and when i went to reply, it froze up my screen and would not allow me to input any info or exit that screen unless i reset the phone by removing the battery or holding the power off button for a LONG LONG time. When it finally resets it goes to a plain white screen and takes some minutes to show the main screen again.Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
My razr v3 froze somewhat like yours. It would turn on but no buttons worked. The only way to turn it off was remove the battery. BUT, if I removed the extra 1G memory card, replace the battery, everything works again. If the memory card is put back in, nothing works. Maybe this will help.

Well, it sounds like something might have been locked. Read you instruction manual. if its not locked, Id say to take it back
