Question about Nintendo Wii Console
When hooking my wii to my main tv which has satelite, dvd and surround sound hooked to it the video is in black and white, whether hooked through the surround sound or directly to the tv. It works fine hooked to my other tv which has satelite and dvd hooked to it. I've been told it's because of the surround sound. But why and what's the solution?
U cant have two audio plugs hooked up at the same time in the same location, hook the wii up to a anthother location on that tv.\

Are you using the same SCART socket that you use for your other
consoles or a different one? My SCART3 input on my Panasonic telly has
two different modes - one which displays in colour, and one which
displays in a sort of grainy black n' white. There is a purpose to it
but I can't remember what it is. :-)
Anyway, you switch between the two by pushing the AV button and then hitting the colour button which corresponds to SCART3 a few times 'til you reach the correct setting.
It probably isn't that, but... y'know. Sanity check.
Tune your tele and check you've got it on the right PAL/NTSC setting.
