My furnace is a Coleman Evcon DGAT090BDD and it won't turn on at all. The green light is solid green, I can't find the pilot light, and its freezing in here. Please help me!!

Your furnace has an electronic ignitor so there is no pilot to lite...... I would shut power off to the furnace and then restart it....this will reset the control board and take it out of lock out..... If the hot surface doesn't glow after you restart it then it is probable burned out and will have to be replaced.....It is inside the furnace right behind the Gas Valve. Will have two wires running to it from the control board....If you can't get it goingby shuting off the power and reseting it then you many want to call your Service Company to have them check it out.....

Where is the fuse for the furnace evcon coleman

Hello, usually there will be a fuse in the intergrated control board. If this is a older furnace than there is usually a fuse on the switch box on the side of the furnace.

I have a EVCON furnace DGAT070BDC. I replace the igniter control, the gas valve and the thermostat. Same problem continues: glow stick works, then the pilot lights works. The igniter control clicks...

You may have a dirty/rusty burner that is clogged or your gas valve
manifold pressure setting may be too low. Normal manifold pressure
is 3.5 inches water column on natural gas furnaces. ( 1 psig is equivalent to 28 inches water column). Pull and clean burner. Also
check and clean pilot assy. including flame sensor (if present).
Please let me know.

Air conditioning runs all the time

I assume this is a manufactured home, this is probably a two transformer system, either your contactor is welded in the on positon or wyou have control wiring issues, (could be the thermostat)

We have a coleman evcon furnace. The furnace runs constantly. It'll get to the temperature but then the fan doesn't quit and it only blows out cool air the the reset switch pops up and needs to be be...

It sounds as if your furnace is exceeding the limit tempperature of the manual reset switch. The coleman is designed for the fan to continually run when this limit switch is tripped in order to keep the heat exchanger cool.( it is a safety feature) afew things may be happening.
1. the manual limit switch( the one you have to push) may be defective.
2. The fan may be running at too low of a speed. Turn power off at circuit breaker. locate circuit board on the board there will be one terminal that says heat if the red wire from the blower is on it tthen you may need to up the speed. follow the wires from the blower to the board if it has multiple speeds then you can isolate the red and put the blue or orange on the heat terminal.
3. the board may have an adjustable fan on and fan off pin selector if it is set up to come on to long or go off to soon it may not be controlling the temp of the heat exchanger properly.
4. I would also suggest checking to see if the orifices and gas valve are set up for your sytem correctly.
these are just simple ideas let me know how things go.
